“There are so many advantages with working in a global company. I’ve had the opportunity to work on many different types of projects that have developed my skills and broaden my experience. As chief project manager, you don’t choose your own team members. They have already been selected on the basis of their knowledge and expertise. That means that I constantly have to develop my leadership skills and challenge myself to ensure that we as a team delivery top notch results.”
“I’ve worked here for more than 15 years and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my job the whole time. A new project means new exciting challenges and there’s a mindset within the company that almost nothing is impossible. That gives me energy!”
“There is a wealth of competence with the organization and as long as you’re stubborn enough you can deliver more or less any project. You just have to find the right people. It’s a great achievement by the team. Looking ahead there will be other exciting projects to get to grips with. I really do have an exciting and engaging job!”
