Service contracts give customers easy and convenient truck, bus or machine ownership for a fixed fee. With these contracts customers know exactly when the vehicle or machine is due for service and what the costs will be for maintenance and repairs. We have various roadside assistance services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whenever customers need support they will be connected to a case manager who speaks their own language and who will support them right the way through the situation. If needed, a skilled technician will support them at the roadside. Financial assistance, translation service, truck and trailer repair and rental, driver repatriation and legal assistance can also be included in the service.
