Our involvement goes beyond our products. In order to create sustainable mobility it is necessary to cooperate with different actors in society and the Volvo Group is currently participating in a number of projects for the advancement of future transports. For example, “green corridors” is a concept in which railway, maritime and land transports work in unison.

We are actively working on the development of new automotive concepts and technologies and we are at the cutting edge of IT solutions and transport services. We believe CO2neutral transport is no utopia. Our fuel efficient hybrid solutions can also be operated on renewable fuels, emitting no additional carbon dioxide to the atmosphere.
