Born August 13, 1891 in Korsberga, County of Skaraborg, son of Gabriel Nathanael Gabrielsson, bailiff, and Anna Helmina Larsson.
Died May 28, 1962 in the parish of Vasa, Göteborg.
Married 1916, to Anna Teresia Andersson, born December 19, 1890. Four children: Lars, Barbro, Jan and Bo.
1912-1916 Employed as stenographer in the Chancellery
of the Lower House of the Swedish
Parliament. He also helped out in his fathers
egg business.
1916-1920 Employed at SKF in Göteborg.
1920-1922 Managing Director of the SKF subsidiary
in France.
1923-1926 Sales Manager at SKF in Göteborg.
1926-1956 Managing Director in AB Volvo.
1956-1962 Chairman of the board of AB Volvo.
