Development Program for Young Professionals

Volvo Trucks is one of the world's leading manufacturers of heavy trucks and the Volvo Group's most international company with operations worldwide. Our products are sold in more than 130 countries and we have over 20.000 employees. Our ambitions are: to offer the most efficient, the safest and the most environmentally considerate vehicles on the market and to be valued as the world's leading provider of commercial transport solutions. These ambitions can only be realised through competent and motivated personnel.

European Manufacturing (EM) is part of Global Manufacturing, the division within Volvo Trucks responsible for the production and delivery of all trucks manufactured at our 18 plants worldwide.  EM has production sites in Umeå, Gothenburg and Ghent and is primarily responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of cabs and complete trucks, mainly within the European markets. The EM organisation has two common support functions: European Manufacturing Engineering (EME) and European Manufacturing Logistics (EML).
