Customer Solutions offers on the spot and round-the-clock customer and dealer support. The support consists of communication and solution services in breakdown support and technical support. You assist dealers in your language area with spare parts queries, electronics and diagnostics. These issues ask a technical background, an analytic and problem solving mind.

You speak fluent English and one of the following language combinations; French & Dutch / German & Dutch / Swedish & Norwegian / Russian & Czech / Russian & Polish. You are willing to work in a shift rotation, and you have a natural feel for continuous learning and personal involvement.
