Regional Diversity Networks

Regional Diversity Networks have been created within several countries. The members of the networks are individuals who work actively with diversity initiatives and programs within the Group. The networks create an opportunity for sharing new ideas and informing other Volvo entities within the same country of ongoing programs within each other's business areas.  This internal sharing of best practices will enable Volvo to create a comprehensive and innovative diversity program within each country.  In addition, it will facilitate collaboration for development and implementation of programs.
