Global KPI´s

Here, we will focus on the globally decided Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  and measures of diversity at Volvo.

Volvo currently focuses on the following KPIs to measure our success in our diversity efforts:

  • Percentage of women and men among employees in the Volvo Group
  • Percentage of women and men among managers in the Volvo Group

There is an additional measure related to the percentage of females in key positions, and those identified as high potentials and potentials. A measure of the different nationalities and ages of those represented in these groups is also included in this KPI.

The area of Diversity is monitored regularly by top management as part of the strategy follow up meetings.
