Tell us how you came to apply for an internship within the Volvo Group?
I believe that Volvo Group as an international organisation, can offer me a wide range of different experience in the field of Human Resources. I also believe that the possibility of working with the english language as a lingua franca is a very good reference in the future.

Tell us about your role and major assignments:
So far I have been participating in some recruitment processes as for example several interviews and assessment evaluations. I had the honor to be a part of a diversity introduction which been held recently. I have also my own ongoing projects; one project concerning future project manager's competence and one project concerning "a healthier work life", which is to compose a toolkit to prevent for example stress and burnouts. After my internship I am very convinced and optimistic I will have a good knowledge in the HRBP tasks.
How would you describe the culture of Volvo Group? ( i.e. what do you think is distinctive about how we do things in Volvo Group ?)
The Volvo Way is running through most of the work at "my" Volvo department in Gothenburg. The characteristic culture of Volvo Group is learned by terms as constancy, loyalty and respect. The employees seem willing to give some effort to keep being number one in the market.
Based on your own experience, why do you think someone should consider working for a Volvo Group company?
The Volvo Group is a large organization in a leading position, which in addition offers various possibilities and great career opportunities within the company for whom is interested.
