Overall mission
The overall mission of Volvo Group Business Services Real Estate is to provide commercial properties, optimize synergies and a high degree of standardisation regarding all real estate and facility management services within the Volvo Group, on market terms. Volvo Group Business Services Real Estate shall provide our services in line of  Volvo's identity, safety and environmental care.

Volvo Group Business Services Real Estate also provides rental solutions for non-Volvo customers if there are suitable facilities available.

History
1990 - Volvo bought Götaverken Arendal AB and renamed it Volvo Transport Terminal AB.
1992 - The company was renamed Danafjord AB.
2007 - Danafjord was commissioned by AB Volvo to take on all Volvo Group commercial facilities and was renamed Volvo Group Real Estate.
2103 - Volvo Group Real Estate becomes a function within Volvo Group Business Services and renamed Volvo Group Business Services Real Estate.
