Our individual backgrounds have more of an industrial touch rather than pure financial one and this we believe is one of our success factors.
Being a close- knit team means that every person has a key role in bringing his or her best to the table. We are committed to making a difference and value an entrepreneurial mindset, a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong relationship capabilities.
The team is led by Johan Carlsson and comprises of six investment professionals, a CFO and our office manager.
