To accomplish this, a number of networks have been formed to enable better coordination of efforts within regions and countries, and to ensure the global view and objectives of the diversity programs are well communicated throughout these regions.
Communication and feedback from Employee Networks, in addition to the communication among staff members supporting these initiatives, ensures the programs developed to support diversity are providing the best foundation for success.
