To reach this goal every employee has a 'Personal Business Plan' (PBP) --- a process and a tool to help manage and encourage discussion between you and your manager. The plans are designed to help you clearly understand your role in your team and also so you know what is expected of you – as well as making sure that you get the feedback you need to succeed.

The PBP plays a key role in helping you to identify and act on you development needs throughout your career –both in the short term and also when building a longer term career-path.

We support you with a wide range of activities – from traditional and e-based training, to individual coaching and mentoring. The most effective development, however, comes from work assignments in different forms, international projects, cross functional assignments, job rotation.
