The programme runs for 12 months and is a combination of both common and individual graduate activities and day-to-day work at the home company. During the programme the participants will also go on an short-term assignment abroad for approximately three months.
In order to create a better understanding of the Volvo Group and to extend each individual's network beyond the home company, one training period should be at another Volvo Group company. To give you an idea of where this outplacement can be, participants in earlier programs have been on short-term assignments abroad in USA, France, UK, China, Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Canada, Japan and United Kingdom.
