Identifying that talent is a key strategic challenge. The ability to attract and recruit new colleagues with fresh competence and knowledge are cruicial to be able to develop, produce, market and sell the products and services that our customers demands - and is therefore a strategic important issue.

Volvo is striving for good relations and an intense exchange of experiences with schools and universities through numbers of different co-operations and activities. Some examples are a wide range of internship-positions, thesis work or degree projects, international graduate programs and activities at schools and universities.
