Our ability to develop a competitive culture is a critical long-term factor for profitability. Unlike technologies, strategies, structures or business models, the culture is difficult to copy for a competitor.
We need to combine successful traditions with a drive for renewal. Business conditions changes rapidly, presenting both opportunities and risks. The ability to take lead in introducing change must be a strong element of our global culture.
