Volvo has now sold a total of 100 buses powered by hybrid technology in the Nordic countries. The latest order to be received by Volvo Buses is for 25 hybrid buses for Göteborgs Spårvägar (Gothenburg Tramways), which operates public transport services on behalf of Västtrafik.

One of the biggest Polish hauliers and among the largest Volvo Trucks fleet customers in Poland, Delta Trans Group, has taken the delivery of its 500th Volvo truck.

The SARTRE project, Safe Road Trains for the Environment has successfully completed the first test demonstrations of a multiple vehicle platoon.
