Volvo has today requested the cancellation of the secondary listing of its class A and B shares from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.

Further to the decision taken by AB Volvo's Board of Directors on June 17, 2004, regarding repurchase of own shares, AB Volvo has, on Monday, November 15, acquired 250,000 series B shares. The shares were traded between SEK 279.50 and 281.00 with an average price of SEK 280.26.

Further to the decision taken by AB Volvo's Board of Directors on June 17, 2004, regarding repurchase of own shares, AB Volvo has, on Friday, November 12, acquired 235,000 series B shares. The shares were traded between SEK 278.00 and 279.50 with an average price of SEK 278.81.
