CEO and Group Executive Committee
President and Chief Executive Officer of Volvo Group is Leif Johansson.

The CEO is in charge of the daily management of the Group through primarily two different forums, the Group Executive Committee and the business areas Boards of Directors. The Group Executive Committee comprises those who report directly to the CEO.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is charged with the organisation of the company and management of the company's operations. The Board shall also issue guidelines and instructions to the CEO.

In addition, the Board shall ensure that the company's organisation in respect of accounting, management of funds and the company's financial position in general includes satisfactory control.
