Volvo Financial Services (VFS) is the captive finance company for the Volvo Group.  It enjoys resounding success across the nearly 60 markets where it serves as the leading provider of financial solutions for the Volvo Group's customers and dealers.  VFS has its headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Today, so-called soft offers are important to the Volvo Group in terms of customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, profitability and geographic growth. 

VFS contributes significantly to this segment by providing traditional financial services including installment contracts, operational and financial leases and dealer financing. 

Insurance solutions are also offered in many markets along with other income producing offers such as rentals, factoring, repair and maintenance contracts, syndications and related services.  All these activities are designed to provide lasting customer and shareholder value over the business cycle.

VFS offers financial services through four branded finance programs: Mack Financial Service, Renault Trucks Financial Services, Volvo Financial Services and SDLG Financial Services. Each program is designed to support and extend the customer's individual brand experience no matter which Volvo Group brand or product is selected by the customer.
