Volvo was the main contributor in the building of the new and spirited opera in Göteborg, Sweden, the Göteborg Opera (GöteborgsOperan). Today Volvo is one of its four main sponsors.

The Volvo sponsorship is focused on helping the opera maintain a high international standard and artistic quality.
