Since many years Volvo CE is using Part Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) for quality assurance of purchased parts. This is a unique tool for Volvo CE. Therefore Volvo CE have decided to align with the rest of Volvo Group and implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) because there is a clear business benefit.
