Delivery Specialist -3rd party Consultant

Role (Purpose of the job)

  • Continuously improve delivery processes
  • Manage daily truck delivery operations
  • Handle truck importation tasks
Key Responsibilities
Daily delivery service
  • Make weekly delivery plan by checking with regions
  • Coordinate with transportation vendor for delivery plan
  • Coordinate with warehouse for VCIC purchase vehicles PDI schedule
  • Handle commercial insurance and license needs
  • Prepare documents for vehicle release
  • Prepare payment applications to transportation vendor

General importation & Freight insurance claim
  • Prepare VCIC purchase contract and go through contact approval process
  • Prepare importation documents and get all documents signed
  • Arrange payment after dealer finishes customs clearance
  • Arrange truck payment to factory
  • Coordinate with insurance vendor to claim after getting necessary documents from dealer
  • Make pro forma invoice to dealer
  • Make monthly claim list and send to regions
Importation operation
  • Follow shipping schedule and prepare shipping documents
  • Arrange customs deposit payment
  • Work with agent on custom clearance process
  • Work with dealer on port check
  • Make special transportation plan and deliver trucks to test centre
  • Monitor 3C certificate application
  • Deliver trucks to warehouse, follow repair work and prepare payment application to dealer
  • Negotiate with insurance company for damage claim and compensation
  • Go through procedures of getting customs deposit back
  • Prepare and collect all documents related to whole importation process
Local fitting & Warehouse management
  • Coordinate with dealer and vendor for G7 fleet management system installation
  • Initiate insurance claim for each accident and damage
  • Make payment to insurance company

  • Make deal analysis for each sales contract accurately
  • Secure database file continuous update
Main competence requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 7 years working experience with minimum 3 years sales support experience in multi-national companies, experiences with auto industry is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attitude towards work
  • Detail oriented
  • Good team player
  • Be able to bear stress in daily work
  • Sufficient oral and written communication skills in English
