We are looking for a Warranty & Contracts Claim handler to join our Service Market team in Warwick.

The Role

The Claims department is a core element of the organisation and its the current team is hardworking and busy, and thrive on working together to meet targets whilst still encouraging a fun and dynamic working environment. The team are extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming to newcomers providing lots of support to make you feel like an inclusive member of the team. This is a very varied role where you will be responsible for handling a variety of claims tasks whilst assisting the Warranty and Contracts Manager for Volvo Bus. Tasks will include but not be limited to:
  • Contract Claim Handling
  • Input of Contract Claims
  • Processing Warranty Claims in line with agreed service levels
  • Submission of Body Warranty Claims to relevant in-house teams
  • Management of central mailbox
  • Support input of Vehicle Registrations into the system

The Claims Handler

This is a fast paced role where you will work on claim handling tasks at a detailed level. The successful Claims Handler will have excellent attention to detail, be a strong team player with the ability to also work autonomously. You will have great communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should be empathetic and previous claims handling experience would be advantageous but not essential).
