Technical Dealer Support (TDS) is the first line support department for our markets and dealers globally. With a strong focus on technical enquiries, remote diagnostics and connected services. We ensure that our customers are offered a premium service and are helped in time. Using the latest technologies, we guarantee the improvement of internal processes and stay up to date with our service deliveries.

We are a team of highly skilled technicians focusing on supporting dealers around the world with diagnostic problems on Volvo & Renault trucks. Our biggest strength is the knowledge that we share collectively, teamwork is therefore one of our key assets. You will be working as an active member of management team, partnering closely with the Director TDS ensuring alignment in priorities and strategy. You will run the daily operational business of your team working closely with other team managers

We are moving towards a proactive quality driven team focusing on driving improvements with a self-steering team approach. As a people manager you will have the full responsibility for your team. You will have quality dialogues to achieve desired engagement levels and be responsible for communicating process changes & group communication within the team

You will work with a very diverse, multicultural team where customer focus is key, and collaboration is very important. The team handles a wide range of different tasks and supports both dealers, end customers and colleagues in the other teams in TDS.
