This is Diagnostics and Service Planning area
The Diagnostics and Service Planning products ensure that your vehicles are where they belong, on the road. With the Service Planning, Workshop History and Logbook tools you have all the information you need to plan and follow up maintenance appointments for your assets at your fingertips. With Vehicle Status service you get live updates from the vehicle, enabling you to understand the health of your fleet in real time. With the help of Asset tool, you get all relevant data for your assets, gathered in one place so you no longer need to chase papers in folders.
What will you be doing?
As a Product Owner in Diagnostics & Service Planning, you will work with two teams of smart, motivated and friendly people. One of them located in Lindholmen and the other team located in Bangalore,India. Together you will own the product area and make sure we develop products that make a difference for our customers. You will also have a tight dialogue with stakeholders in our different business areas.
It will be your responsibility to lead this area. You will make sure that we have the right product vision, clear goals and drive it through all stages of its lifecycle by securing a road map with a backlog of services and features within D&SP. You will also be responsible for keeping the budget and ensuring most value for money. You will have a tight dialogue with stakeholders in our different business areas and with their inputs prioritize the team’s back log. You will make sure that we understand our customers’ needs, our business strategy, objectives and technology.
You will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team. We expect you to know the ins and outs of product management, agile development practices, product discovery and opportunities. You will also on a regular basis share the vision and budget with the team manager to enable, the manager to strategically fill potential resource gaps.
Your personality is your major reason for success, but you also have:
Extensive experience from product management. You are used to lead, take responsibility and communicate in an excellent way on various levels and with diverse kinds of people. You easily coach others, are a good listener and a team player. We believe you have strong business understanding and great relationship building skills. Your outstanding ability to coach, lead and encourage others makes your environment thrive and grow and will come well in use also in your work with the team members development!
In addition to this we believe that you:
- Have a university degree in a relevant field
- Are fluent in Swedish and English – both written and spoken
- Know how to create and present product roadmaps and statuses in an excellent way
- Have many years' experience from agile ways of working , including product management and product discovery
- Experience from the automotive industry is considered beneficial
- Have a valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen
