CNC Machining Operator

Remanufacturing requires significantly lower consumption of natural resources, energy and contributes less CO2 emissions. For these reasons, remanufactured components are an increasingly important part of our spare parts business, keeping our trucks running for second and third product owners.

What is the job?
As a CNC machine operator on our team, we will count on you to run our CNC equipment and troubleshoot machine issues in order to allow us to produce parts to satisfy our customers. You will use your technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to do your work using basic hand and power tools, lifting devices, testing equipment as well as powered and manual pallet jacks. You will work on multiple times of CNC machines including single and multi-axis machines. You will perform functions that include standing and moving about, reaching, handling parts, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, carrying, pulling and pushing. You will apply your past mechanical experience in order to help produce a quality product for our customers.

Who are you?
You have experience working in a manufacturing environment. You bring past experience with automotive or machine repair. You have experience operating CNC machines and are familiar with CNC programming. You have advanced troubleshooting ability related to machinery, equipment and automotive products. You have potentially have experience operating manual machines like radial drills and presses. You have a high school diploma (or GED) and the ability to complete all necessary documentation in English. We will provide an opportunity to display your skills and knowledge through an interview process.
