The CoE SAP Team is looking for an Experience SAP CRM Solution Consultant. Our IT consultants are taking part in global missions inside Volvo Group, creating added value for business through SAP Solution’s implementation and technological watch.
Core Platform Area SAP and Business Administration with SAP Center of Excellence (COE), Bus Manufacturing, Construction Equipment SAP, and Financial Core Systems is part of the Volvo Group Digital & IT. The organization is managing over 40 SAP Solutions worldwide supporting Volvo divisions, covering almost a full scope of business processes from Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance as well as Services, Data Intelligence and Reporting, and HR. Our SAP community in Volvo has already joined more than 700 SAP Solution and Technology Consultants globally, working in international teams, with more than 70 working in subsidiary in Poland. We have a very close collaboration with SAP and have been an SAP MaxAttention customer for more than 10 years and are ACCOE certified.
We have the best SAP talents in our field taking on challenging global assignments across the Volvo Group. Leveraging on their SAP skills combined with a very good understanding of the Volvo processes and IT solutions, they deliver concrete SAP solutions and provide added value to the Volvo Group.
Assignment description: You will join an international team of professionals, delivering development and maintenance services for Soft Products Management. This is a truly global team with members located mainly in Wroclaw and Goteborg. SPM/BRIM is a modern, complex SAP solution supporting billing and management of soft products.
Required competencies: A perfect candidate for the position must have: • Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT professional experience • Expertise in the SAP CRM 7.0 component (design, configuration, integration with other components ECC & SCM and/or S4/HANA Service), S4HANA SOM, Fiori • Extensive experience in the area of CRM Service and Sales as a functional consultant • SAP overall knowledge, mainly in the logistics area (Sales, Deliveries, Invoices, Marketing, Pricing…) and of the SAP architecture • Experience working in a global environment with many different cultures. Excellent online collaboration skills. Some availability to travel, but the need for traveling is limited. • Strong experience in driving Roll-out projects blueprint workshops / solving issues / triggering decisions.
Good to have: • SAP BRIM (SAP-CC, SAP-CI, FI-CA) experience • Knowledge of CRM Middleware • Experience in integration of SAP CRM, SAP ECC, and/or S4/Hana with legacy systems would be an advantage
Soft skills: • Strong consultant skills (requirements management, workshop facilitation, communication skills, good documentation, and presentation skills) • Ability to handle independently • Customer-facing skills • Self-dependent in solving technical problems. Able to design solutions and provide detailed specifications to developers. • Proven troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills • Eager to be part of a team and open to improving and learning • Comfortable working with multi-tasks on a daily base
