Service Advisor - VCV Brisbane South

Our collaborative team at Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) are looking for a dynamic and driven Service Advisor to join the team in our Brisbane South dealership. In this role you will be scheduling, organizing and assisting our customers with their service related queries. This role also encompasses general administration duties under the direction of the Service Manager and wider workshop team.

Ideally you have experience in a wide range of administrative tasks such as invoicing, quoting, account reconciliation and purchase orders. We are seeking someone who will add to our already amazing team and bring their ability to delight customers to our dealership team.

You don't need a trade qualification but sound PC skills as well as outstanding communication skills will see you succeed in the role. Ideally you will have a HD license, or the desire to learn as well as a mechanical aptitude paired with great organizational skills.
