Director for e-Mobility Business (m/w/d) at the next possible date?

Your mission:

  • Drive e-Mobility as a new business line within Renault Trucks Germany

  • Develop e-Mobility business in Germany focusing on strategic segments and key customers

  • Optimize current and future product portfolio with short-term disruptive and aggressive tactics

  • Manage all stakeholders within the market company and in our private dealer network to achieve Renault Truck’s targets, especially sales, competence development, marketing & communication

  • Develop a clear vison of the e-Mobility sales strategy together with the necessary network development plan to support this new technology

  • Represent Renault Trucks Germany in the new E-Mobility business line forums, as well as in our French headquarter

  • Be able to engage and interact with private dealers as well as municipalites and governmental authorities as well as public tenders around the topic of e-Mobility

Your profile:

  • You have a great ability to grab, analyze and capture current and new business opportunities in the e-Mobility Business.

  • Your strong networking, communication and people skills qualify you to deal with both local and global stakeholders.

  • You know how to build long lasting customer relationships and you recognize the benefits of good cooperation.

  • In addition, you have a great interest in understanding our customers and our customers’ customer business.

Our requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years professional experience in sales, key account management, sales support activities and project management

  • Remarkable ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a multi-cultural, dynamic work environment

  • Strong personality being able to engage and drive a large scope of stakeholders, e.g. CEO, workshop manager, private dealer owner, users, public authorities and others

  • Strong business thinking and background in new technology industry, disruptive technologies or industry, e.g. solar, windmills, passenger cars

  • Strong customer orientation and sales driven, combined with the understanding that educating the customer ID is part of successful selling

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Willingness to travel within Germany
