Job Summary:
To encourge the team to continue to grow as a team and as individulas with focus on E&E, cross functional work, customer and business understanding. By utilizing CAST, implement new technolgies, localization, options and features to reach customer success with focus on the China market. Be a role model and ambasador for Volvo company values.
Job Content:
1. Roles:
• Head of Electronic & Electrical System department

2. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
• Competence, diversity and talent development
• Contribute to the development of JTC as a site and the technology function in China
• Lead collaboration between JTC and other sites/functions related to E&E
• Secure Volvo Group’s Quality, Safety & Health, Environmental Policy and code of condact are implemented
• Cost Center responsability for the department

Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Minimum University degree BSc (Engineering discipline preferred)
• 5 years experience of team management
• Understanding of Construction equipment business and total market overview
• Experience in cross functional working enviornment
• Experience in global working enviornment

2. Additional Important Requirements:
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Understanding of cross-culture and diversity
