2. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
• Competence, diversity and talent development
• Contribute to the development of JTC as a site and the technology function in China
• Lead collaboration between JTC and other sites/functions related to E&E
• Secure Volvo Group’s Quality, Safety & Health, Environmental Policy and code of condact are implemented
• Cost Center responsability for the department

Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Minimum University degree BSc (Engineering discipline preferred)
• 5 years experience of team management
• Understanding of Construction equipment business and total market overview
• Experience in cross functional working enviornment
• Experience in global working enviornment

2. Additional Important Requirements:
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Understanding of cross-culture and diversity
