Sales manager

  1. Responsible for sales units and sales revenue of responsible region
Collect and understand of customer needs including production plans, procurement plans on a regular basis and make sales forecast
Track customer new projects and products
Develop new customers and new applications
Maintain and manage sales channels
Propose and execute annual prices
Ensure contract execution and product delivery
Coordinate with other departments to ensure fulfilment of sales related work
  1. Market Survey
Customer visit, collect and analyze industry information
Update and provide market research reports
  1. Volvo Penta brand and product promotion
Organize or participate in marketing events such as technical seminar, exhibitions, etc.
Writing promotional literature
  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain and improve customer relationship by regular customer visiting and events, updating CRM system, travel reports, etc.

  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Inner Combustion Engine or Business Administration.
  2. At least 5 years working experience of a similar capacity
  3. Profound understanding of the construction machinery & truck industry or other industry engine application;
  4. Working experience in the electric construction equipment or electrified power solution is a plus;
  5. Application knowledge in construction equipment industry preferred
  6. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  7. Proficiency in Chinese & English language;
  8. Strong problem solving, strategizing, organizational and systematic analytical skills;
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  10. Strong CRM skills;
  11. Willingness to work irregular hours and travel for work.
