Solution Center Human Resources
The Solution Center Human Resources is responsible for all deliveries related to the hundred HR solutions in its scope. The Solution Center is supporting the Group HR roadmap and has full responsibility for runtime (cost, quality of service) and is involved in the delivery of projects. The delivery capacity is approximatively 80 FTEs.
Solution Leader for time management in Sweden
We are looking for a Solution Leader for the local solution in Sweden for time management
The solutions are important tools for managers, HR BPs and employees within Volvo Group to report their time and absence. Tidinfo is used by all employees in Sweden and is key in having the right data for the pay slip in Sweden, included in Tidinfo is also the Kaba clocks used to check in and out when starting and ending work.. PA80 is working as a broker between SAP HR and the external payroll system. It’s also a tool to create, schedule and extract HR reports regarding Swedish employees.
In this role you will be functionally reporting to the Delivery Manager Service Management and Analytics within the Solution Center HR.
Role mission & context
As Solution Leader, you will take the end to end responsibility to secure the end user, business and IT requirements and ensure a good runtime situation for the solutions.
You will work with legacy solution in a complex changing environment.
You will work closely with P&IT HR and HR Services securing the deliveries related to the application. You will also be a key player in the interactions with HCL who are operational responsible of the application.
  • Responsible for the time capability in Sweden currently run with Tidinfo and PA80 solutions, securing the best possible value for the Volvo Group
  • Main point of contact for business requirements and change requests
  • Responsible for working proactively and with continuous improvements
  • Handling the key user contacts network
  • Give input to P&IT roadmaps regarding the solution
  • Work with establishment of the Solution Delivery Plan in line with the Release plans and the Process&IT roadmaps
  • Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed and follow up on service level targets (SLA)
  • Secure and approve communication around the solutions and processes in the scope.
  • Manage quality assurance of End User support
  • Secure user acceptance test together with Process & Solution Key Users
  • Define authorization rules for application access and manage application access
  • Define and decide which business functionality or information integrity tests to be part of a user acceptance test
  • Prioritize decided changes in the solution like error corrections and change requests

  • Secure and approve communication and anchoring of solution improvements
As a Solution Leader you will create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. You have proven experience in business and excel in demonstrating core values according to the Volvo Way.
Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment.
