Sr. National Service Operations Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Lead the Service regional team, promoting sales growth, driving profitability and improving customer satisfaction.
The Sr. National Service Operational Manager will work very close with the dealers to plan and Implement actions in order that Volvo Trucks can be positioned as No. 1 in customer satisfaction including the development and deployment of innovative Services and technology products and processes.
Additional he/she will work in close cooperation with the regional management team in Mexico, promoting best practices in line with Volvo and Mack strategic objectives.
Experience

•Extensive experience from aftermarket business
•Experience on automotive retail operations, preference to heavy-duty segment
•Demonstrated successful leadership while driving change
•Proven experience on delivering sustainable growth and profitability
•Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and cultural awareness skills
•Leadership skills to manage team`s performance and development
Education
•B.S. Degree in Business or Engineering
•MBA is an advantage
•Minimum 5 years on a leading position
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive business
