Junior Accountant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily payment (E-banking & Manual)

  • Work on AR related tasks including daily Direct Debit & Daily remittance

  • Cash flow management and daily confirmation on cash in / out with VT

  • Bank related tasks including authorized signatory change, E-banking connection

  • Act as 1st control point on system vendor set-up and information change

  • Support other functions for vouchers preparation (e.g. Collection)

  • Act as back up of Accountant on AR / AP accounting

  • VAT invoice management supports and documents archiving

  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested

Main Competence Requirements:

  • High level of integrity and ethical values

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance area

  • Be familiar with China local GAAP and International Accounting Standards

  • SAP experience is preferred

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)

  • Good team player
