Big Fleet Sales Manager

  • 根据指定的大客户清单销售牵引车,制定销售策略。了解大客户的采购流程和决 策关键点,协调沃尔沃厂家以及经销商资源实现卡车销售。
  • 协同经销商一同跟进客户,通过定期的客户拜访收集客户问题及痛点难点,引导 客户需求为客户提供解决方案,提高成交率及市场占有率。
  • 引导并管理经销商按照沃尔沃厂家要求及建议进行销售市场活动。
  • 掌握销售进展,协助经销商解决销售过程从始至终的诸多事宜(包括但不限于洽谈跟进、成交、收取定金、金融政策推进等)
  • 协调公司内部售后服务同事及经销商,提高客户满意度。
  • 为客户提供全面物流解决方案,帮助客户提高车辆出勤率。
  • 发展和维护与客户的良好关系。建立和维护客户数据库,搜集及反馈市场信息。
  • 根据市场情况,提供准确的销售预测。
