Apprenticeship Bac+4/5 Flows & Packaging Engineer (H/F)

You will be a part of the Renault Trucks Axles plant located in Lyon and will work for the logistics engineering team. Your job will be half time based at the office on analysis and project involvement and half time on the shop floor to work on continuous improvement and logistic processes with the logistic teams.
Your scope will be based on two sides: one side based on inbound flows follow-up including a strong working collaboration with our European suppliers and internal buyers, and a another side on packaging projects and optimization. Your spokespersons will be operators, managers, logistics and assembly technicians as well as buyers, quality engineers and project leaders.
  • Your missions
- Driving suppliers inbound flow results and working on improvements
- Designing packaging for new and existing parts
- Looking for improvements and implementing them in our internal
- Being a member of the product projects for Axles plant
  • Your Skills
- Intermediate knowledge in logistics and/or supply chain
- Good abilities on Microsoft Pack Office (mostly on Excel), VBA is a plus
- Good level in English (TOEIC min = 600)
- Good communication skills
- Creative mind, technical and synthetic
- Ability to take decisions and convince
- Motivated in working in team

Working at Volvo Axles Plant
To integrate Volvo Axles Plant will lead you to work for an international group, inside a human sized factory.
You will be a part of a small team of three technicians and you will be supervised by a experienced tutor with apprentice. This mission is an opportunity for you to increase your English skills, your understanding in a complex industrial environment, your ability to work in team and to manage multiple tasks and multidisciplinary topics.
