Sales Operation Officer(Consultant)

Job Summary:
The Sale Operation Personnel is the individual who supports the Channel Sales and Key Account team in bringing more business for Volvo CE, and administration of daily sales activities. This means that the individual shall be working very closely with regional managers as well as key accounts managers in supporting their jobs to make sure efficient and complete communication with the product factories / dealers on marketing / sales related issues.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

  • Order Fulfilment Management

Smooth order process fulfilment internally and extend to dealer side. Support the efforts to achieve monthly and yearly sales target.

  • Reporting Management

Efficient and high accuracy reporting internally and extend to dealer side.

  • System Development and Management

Support to system development / enhancement and successful launching. Secure daily smooth system running in CN market.

  • Supporting Other Functions

Work with Regional Managers in regard to business reporting, coordination of marketing and sales promotion activities, and communication on all sales related matters.
Work with Commercial Manager in regard to volume planning and special business incentive programs evaluation.
Work with Finance functions in regard to daily shipment releasing and system handling.
Work with Marketing Manager in regard to big sales meeting and event organization and supporting.

  • Perform the assigned work by the company and coordinate with other employees if necessary.


Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • University degree

  • 3 years’ experience with proven results / track records, initiative, good organization skills, interpersonal skills

  • Computer literate, word, Excel, PowerPoint, database, Chinese typing

  • Sap Experience is a plus

  • Fluent English & Mandarin

  • Good business sense, good understanding of business process
