Customer Sales Services Representative
Nova Bus, a member of the Volvo Group, is currently looking for a Customer Sales Services Representative, a key position in our sales department.
WHAT IS EXPECTED :
The Customer Sales Services Representative is responsible for internal and external sales activities for Nova Bus including. This includes ownership of the customer relationship management (CRM) tool, as well as the management and communication of internal forecasts. Key to this role is the process of identifying gaps between the sales forecast and production schedule. Responsibilities also include the demo bus budget and all demo bus activities. The Customer Sales Services Representative is also expected to work closely with the Sales team and coordinate internal and external messaging.

WHAT YOU NEED :
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, accounting or marketing
- A minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in the mass transit equipment industry
- At least 2 years of proficiency in MS Dynamics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
