Our way of developing software is by following the agile mindset from Scrum and Kanban. We work in cross functional teams and in close cooperation with our stakeholders. “Trust to the teams/servant leaders” is one of our key values. We have empowered teams and expect them to take the full delivery responsibility. The people we hire have both the attitude and competence to take on that responsibility. We currently have team members of all experience levels and many nationalities, as we believe diversity in teams boosts creativity.
The sprint backlogs contain development of new or enhanced telematics functions in our product, from concept to released software. The teams design in C++,and for automatic sub-system verification we practice Robot Framework (Python) and Squish. We are using continuous integration and soon continuous deployment/delivery. We currently work with the new generation HW and SW for telematics.
Processes and frameworks we use: Kanban, Scrum, Agile Software Development, (SAFe).
Development tools we use: Embedded Linux, Yocto, C++14, Python Jenkins, GIT, Artifactory, Squish and Robot test framework.
