ITIL Incident and Knowledge management Expert
Group IT – Infrastructure and Onsite Services a global unit consisting of approximately 600 employees and consultants in most of the Volvo Group’s locations. The mission of the function is to ensure that Volvo Group Customers are provided with the right End-User and Infrastructure services. The function is owner of the complete IT Infrastructure wih the following subareas: Identity, Support, Client, Collaboration, Telecom, Network, Application Infrastructure.
At factories, warehouses and small sites also facilitate infrastructure demand collection and delivery execution for IT services through local presence
Quality process and Onsite services
QP&OS mission is to support and develop IOS organization and our partner HCL on three domains.
Quality: Continuous improvement approach based on VPS, QP&OS has the mission to develop and expand Quality culture and way of working in IOS and HCL.
Process: Runtime process development and strategy responsibility for IOS, Local IT delivery Teams in Volvo & HCL partners. In tight collaboration with Quality and Runtime practice we measure and develop ITIL processes practice for Locel delivery teams & HCL
Onsite Services: The onsite delivery framework is built to support efficient and scalable local IT deliveries. This framework support all local IT delivery teams in Volvo Group. Within this area, QP&OS is in charge of driving the Vulnerability management ( Cybersecurity) for all local delivery teams.
QP&OS have also a mission for Group IT on the Environment area. We are representing Group IT in the Volvo Group environmental Comitee and by this has the mission to support the ISO 14001 certification on the IT Area.
We are looking at an ITIL Expert fo Incident and Knowledge management. In this role you will support our Business process developer for Runtime process and all local delivery teams in Volvo group.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledgeable in Volvo local support activities
- Autonomous and result oriented
- Like to work in a multicultural environement
- Very good coaching skills are requiered
- Very good knowledge in ITIL processes
- Very good knowledge in Service Now
- Lean knowledge is a plus
