Alternance Bac+4 Training Management coordinator H/F

To coordinate training management activities for his or her scope (geographical, functional) in accordance with the globally defined organizational and strategic needs.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to activity plans as a member of the global training management network lead by the training management leader
  • Be knowledgeable about the Purchasing training plan, training tools and Volvo Group University and associated Engineering & Purchasing Academy and Volvo Group common academies
  • Act as the primary interface with the local Purchasing line organization to guide managers and end users to appropriate trainings
  • Support managers/key stakeholders in developing trainings in alignment with the global training plan for Purchasing and scope of Volvo Group University
  • Promote usage of and compliance with training programs, tools and processes
  • Support training with practical arrangements
This position requires a fluent English.
