Service Team Business Analysts – Volvo Group Connected Solutions

Consumer Services is the function within our business that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We work in tight collaboration with the Volvo Group Business Areas and customers. We drive and manage the performance of the services and the business areas portfolios over the life cycle. We are now looking for Service Team Business Analysts within Productivity. You will together with UX and architects drive business requirements and work with creating and maintaining the product road map together with the Product Owner. You will be responsible for many contact areas and work closely with different stakeholder which requires you to be an expert at communication. You will work with both internal and external business contacts and act as a bridge to the development teams within your service area representing customer voices internally at Volvo Group Connected Solutions.
You will be working in an environment where both internal and external stakeholders have different ideas and perspectives regarding their service needs. Your task is to make these ideas a reality - which means that your daily work will be to have a holistic view and break down ideas and suggestions to clear and understandable tasks.

Competence Profile & Qualifications
You are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging and requires problem solving. You should have the ability to work in a very rapid changing environment with various assignments and still keep the big picture perspective. We believe you are structured, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork; contribute with team spirit and likes taking on responsibility.
We also believe you have:

  • A university degree in a relevant area
  • Many years of experience as Business or System Analyst in a global context
  • Ability to see the big picture, solve problems and communicate efficiently
  • A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus

Location
The position is based at Lindholmen in Gothenburg, Sweden.
