POSITION TITLE: Director Service Center & Transport Parts NA

LOCATION OF EMPLOYMENT: 7900 National Service Road, Greensboro, NC 27410
POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for the consolidated Service Centers NA (including export) and Transport Parts in NA. Drive the process that secures transport of parts to the final customers in US, Canada and Mexico-LATAM. Manage teams (total 40 workers) that secure the service center and freight forwarding management. Work proactively with data analysis to improve process and results. Implement lean principles and drive performance of carriers and work on deviations to secure dealer satisfaction.
REQUIRMENTS: Qualified applicants must have 5 years of management experience in the heavy duty trucking industry. 3 years of experience must include sales order planning (aftermarket or logistics) and at least one year managing transport operations. Also must have demonstrated success in implementing lean processes and previous multi-cultural international business experience. Travel includes Volvo North American service centers (25%).
