Who are we, your new colleagues
We are a supportive and committed team working in an agile way with our new generation of diagnostic solutions. Today in the team we are 15 team members with different background and experiences. We have an open communication in the team and always with a helpful mindset.
Role description
At Diagnostic Engineering we have the responsibility to develop and deliver system support needed within the Volvo Group aftermarket. We are now looking for an Agile Product Owner to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.
As an Agile Product Owner you will manage the communication with stakeholders and represent the team in different forums. You will analyze requests from business requirements and document them as features and user stories and prioritize them in a backlog. Creating and deciding future strategies and diagnostic solutions is something you will participate in.
We can offer you the opportunity to be involved from the start of a business need for the Volvo Group diagnostic solutions. You will be the link between stakeholders and IT solution providers, securing the best solution for the Volvo Group and our customers. Together with a cross functional team you have the responsibility to deliver our solutions to the end users.
You will belong to a global organization, working in an agile way together with colleagues who are sharing your passion for aftermarket. You will have a great opportunity and possibility to develop your network and knowledge within the Volvo Group as you interact with different parts of the organization, such as R&D, IT and the Brands.

Who are you?
  • You are someone who loves to work with the customer in focus and who enjoys today’s fast changing international environment. You learn quickly and you enjoy getting results. We also believe that you are an inspiring leader as well as an active team member.
You have
  • Master degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as an agile product owner, team leader or a lead engineer
  • Fluent English, spoken and written communication skills
It is good (but not required) if you also have
  • Good knowledge about aftermarket is a merit as well as dealer/workshop knowledge
  • Knowledge about vehicle electronics and diagnostic protocols
