Parttime - Discrepancy Coordinator

The largest central distribution center is located with us and contains all parts of trucks, buses, construction materials and industrial - and marine - engines. Being and staying successful? Meet your team.
You will be part of a small and dynamic team. Together with this team you are responsible for handling our customer complaints. For this you also work closely together with other colleagues within the service center.
Your ideal job?
As discrepancy coordinator you are responsible for the financial/administrative handling of our customer complaints.
You analyze the customer complaints and if necessary you ask the right questions.
You are constructively critical in assessing our customer complaints.
You contribute with your IT knowledge to the improvement of our internal processes.
You can analyze data and convert it into internal reports
You are co-responsible for drafting our internal instructions
Are we the perfect match?
- Your communication skills are very useful, you work closely together with our customer service and the warehouse.
- You are strong in switching between different systems and tasks and you can set priorities when necessary.
- You work in a structured way and administration is your thing
- You have a good knowledge of Office 365 and especially Excel
- You have a good knowledge of English
- You like to work in a team
- This is an on call position, max 50% commitment, main day: Monday.
- Temporary role: Oct 2021 - March 2023
