We are looking for HR & Recruitment Administrator to support our HR Team as a temporary opportunity. The role is to provide administrative support to HR activities including recruitment, people case management, training and other specific project work. The role is ideal for a recent HR graduate looking for work experience and an opportunity to deliver excellent HR service.

You would be responsible for coordinating all aspects of recruitment and agency support, delivering HR inductions, handling all first level HR queries, identify any probationary, timekeeping or absence issues in line with our policies, and other routine HR work.

  • You have a basic understanding of employment law and HR Practices

  • You have a bias for action
  • You can work with confidential and sensitive information
  • You have competent IT Skills including Microsoft Office
  • You are a collaborative team player and also capable of working independently
  • You are fluent in English
