Service Market Logistics (SML) is part of Volvo Group Trucks Operations (GTO). We have 5300 employees on more than 60 locations world-wide. Our job is to design, manage and optimize the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands. This includes making sure that spare parts are distributed from supplier through our warehouse to the dealers, ensuring availability of parts everywhere in the world. The Backorder recovery team is a part of the Gent/EU Region within GTO Service Market Logistics and we are responsible for the distribution of service market products, from supplier to our warehouses and all the way to the customer.
We are a stable team of great people that love going the extra mile to secure customer success. We are fixers! We just do it! And we do it with close collaboration, a bit of humor and a lot of passion to recover backorders.

As a Back Order Coordinator:
You will have the responsibility to solve any urgent backorder in the shortest possible time. To do this, you will check the full supply chain to find a solution. You will actively communicate about the cases and you will contact any stakeholder needed to speed up the recovery. In this role we value your continuous improvement mindset very much.

- You are fluent in English (oral and written)
- You are passionate about expanding your knowledge
- You have interest in or experience from office automation
- You are structured and have a high level of data literacy
A Bachelors’ or a Masters’ degree or experience in an equivalent profession.
