Service Marketing Manager - 7 months

This mission is to replace the actual service marketing manager during her maternity leave from 15th of February until 15th of September 2022.
As a Service Marketing Manager, your mission is to market the commercial offering of Renault and to support the sales organizations in promoting and selling existing and new services.
You will be part of the Marketing and Customer Satisfaction Direction.
Your main responsibilities will be to continue the activities of the Service Marketing Manager portfolio for the acting period:
  • Second life loyaulty program: Finalize offer, launch and follow-up pilots, deploy ready to sell package
  • Regenerate offer: support markets in deploying & executing this new service
  • Rebuilding kit offer: execute 2022 action plan
  • Medium Duty range service offer: define & execute service offer for Medium Duty customers

You will work in close collaboration with all other departments of the Marketing and Customer Satisfaction Direction (especially Service & Uptime Development and Product Marketing departments), Brand & Marketing Communication department, Competence Development department and of courses Sales areas and markets.
Your main customers are the sales areas and the markets with whom you must develop a close cooperation.
You will act as transversal function to deliver consistent messages across Renault Trucks and align the hard and soft marketing strategy.

To execute the service marketing roadmap in cooperation with key stakeholders
For new offers, to secure impactful marketing offer and robust go to market:
  • Structure offer based on customer needs
  • Define the customer value proposal
  • Define business models and relevant price ambition
  • Secure the “easy to do business with” processes for the dealer
  • Identify needs and request support for MarCom and Competence Development activities
  • Ensure ready to launch coordination and deployment for new services
  • Provide sales organizations with clear and added-value marketing material
  • Monitor the performance of the offering after the launch and get decided corrective plans
Be the ambassador for commercial events and organize consistency of messages (training, exhibitions, events)

The candidate has preferably a business school diploma. An experience in the field of connected services, aftermarket, product marketing and/or sales is a plus.
