Key Account Support Specialist 售后市场大客户支持专员

Job Functions:
  1. Focus on the key customer’s management:
  • Responsible for presenting the aftermarket total offer to the potential OEM customer, collaborate with engine sales department and the aftermarket team to ensure the fulfillment of business needs.
  • Understand key customer’s requirements and behaviors; the productivity of their machine and the advantage/weakness of current powered engine, including engine performance, competitor’s performance, and service/parts offer.
  • Manage the push-pull and heart-care campaign to increase brand image and help promote the CSA agreement.
  • Organize the seminars/marketing activities in selected segments.
  1. Responsible for the marketing research, to understand the trend of key industry, data collect and analysis, present a report for internal use.
  2. Responsible for the social media promotion of aftermarket business and co-operate with company’s marketing and branding strategy.
  • With Bachelor degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in service market.
  • Presentation and English communication skills.
  • Strong analysis skills, Microsoft office software skills,
  • Strategic and commercial thinking.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and engagement.
  • Occasional Travel.
